In addition to her Solo and Collaborative works as an artist, Brina Stinehelfer also works as an independent producer, production manager, curator and organizer, bringing projects, networks, festivals, discussions, and events to life. She also works as a juror, reporter and reviewer, contemplating and assessing theater, performance, and the larger connotations of the two in writing.

| The Freelancers PartyOrganizer / Animator Brina organized and animated the working group "The Independent Party" at the IETM Krakow Meeting. This session identified and tackled the challenges freelancers face in this time of changes, and find ways to strengthen the benefits of working independently. Through creative thinking and productive problem solving, we worked towards identifying and developing active, viable solutions and strategies, to create a “toolbox” for freelancers, which members can integrate into their practices; as individuals, or united in the Independent Party! | Production ManagerThe Folklore and Artistic Troupe of Dhalaristan Brina managed and organized the production and tour of "The Folklore and Artistic Troupe of Dhalaristan" in collaboration with Meyrick Kaminski. The project involved a series of workshops and performances over the period of 7 months with over 50 international participants. The project went on a 10 week tour of the Balkans, driving from Berlin to Istanbul conducting workshops and performances in 9 different cities.
